A place of never changing reality. We spend so much of our time (all our time really) trying to catch up to the ever-changing nature of life, to assign meaning to something that has moved before we can assimilate it/them, that it drives most of us nuts. How do we know we have found that anchor? By the results in our lives. True happiness never changes, even in the midst of anger, sadness, joy, envy, lust, pride. Tossed by the waves of relative existence, becoming the ocean gives meaning, and joy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14473417.post-1155306703089823592006-08-11T07:31:00.000-07:002006-08-11T07:31:00.000-07:00Happy birthday, and my condolences on the passing ...Happy birthday, and my condolences on the passing of Frenchy.

(Putting those two together seems pretty f*****g ironic, but a celebration of life to balance out a death seems somehow appropriate.)The Moody Minstrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16342935635794595909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14473417.post-1155287640172965832006-08-11T02:14:00.000-07:002006-08-11T02:14:00.000-07:00Happy Birthday, Big Brother!
